Modalità di prenotazione
La prenotazione presso il nostro agriturismo si intende confermata una volta che viene inviato il pagamento d’anticipo, che blocca di fatto la camera o l’appartamento. Fino a quel momento e non oltre, la camera o l’appartamento possono essere affittati senza preavviso. Si può comunque richiedere una opzione di prenotazione fino a una data prestabilita, che bloccherà temporaneamente la camera o l’appartamento in attesa della conferma definitiva.

Invio dell’anticipazione e restituzione della stessa
A conferma della prenotazione chiediamo l’anticipazione del 30% del totale della vacanza, mentre Il saldo avverrà all’arrivo in azienda.

L’anticipo, che ha funzione di caparra confirmatoria, può essere inviato tramite vaglia postale o bonifico bancario (puoi scaricare i parametri bancari in pdf cliccando qui), oppure tramite carta di credito con Paypal, con la procedura guidata e sicura cliccando sul pulsante Acquista ora:

In caso di mancato arrivo da parte del cliente:

– a maggio, giugno, luglio, settembre e ottobre, se la comunicazione del mancato arrivo avverrà almeno una settimana prima del giorno di arrivo, l’anticipazione verrà restituita integralmente. Se avverrà a meno di una settimana dall’arrivo verrà restituita nella misura del 50%.
– ad agosto se la comunicazione del mancato arrivo avverrà almeno quattordici giorni prima del giorno di arrivo, l’anticipazione verrà restituita integralmente. Se avverrà a meno di quattordici giorni dall’arrivo verrà restituita nella misura del 50%, a meno di una settimana non verrà restituita.

Siamo Bike Friendly
Punta Lizzu è l’unica struttura privata della Sardegna a possedere all’interno della sua proprietà una pista per la pratica sportiva della mountain bike, nelle diverse discipline cross country, all mountain e free ride. Da quest’anno la pista sarà completamente operativa e verranno realizzati i corsi di guida sicura e verrà aperta e noleggiata anche agli esterni che volessero affinare la tecnica di guida. L’agriturismo diventa bike friendly, con numerosi servizi a disposizione dei ciclisti: assistenza meccanica, alloggio, lavaggio e asciugatura degli indumenti tecnici.

Alcune importanti informazioni di carattere generale
1) la distanza dell’azienda dalla strada asfaltata (la SS 125), è di 300 metri circa; significa che per arrivare in azienda, dall’ingresso sulla SS 125 (il km. è il 255+500 SX), è necessario percorrere ancora un tratto di strada sterrata. Non un’autostrada, certo, ma pur sempre una buona strada di campagna dove è necessario andare piano. Ci passiamo tutti i giorni con le nostre macchine, che sono normali, non dei fuoristrada.
2) la distanza dell’agriturismo dal mare è di appena 2 km. Questa distanza è reale, nel senso che per arrivare alla battigia e fare il bagno bisogna percorrere un tratto di strada di 2000 metri. Chi vuole può farlo anche a piedi, è ovvio, oppure utilizzare le bici che abbiamo in azienda.
3) gli appartamenti non hanno l’aria condizionata. La brezza di scirocco spira continuamente sull’agriturismo rinfrescando, se non eccessivamente durante il giorno, il tardo pomeriggio gli ambienti e l’aria circostante.
4) gli appartamenti non sono dotati di televisore; è una scelta consapevole, innanzitutto per la pessima ricezione della zona; inoltre l’agriturismo è ubicato in un’area immersa nel verde, tra querce da sughero e lecci, olivastri e corbezzoli. Gli unici rumori sono i campanacci delle pecore che pascolano intorno all’azienda, il frinire delle cicale e la brezza che agita le fronde degli alberi. Credo che siano delle buone motivazioni per rinunciare per un breve periodo alla scatola blu.

Booking Procedure

A reservation at our agriturismo is considered confirmed once the advance payment is submitted, effectively securing the room or apartment. Until that moment and no later, the room or apartment may be rented without notice. However, it is possible to request a booking option until a predetermined date, temporarily holding the room or apartment pending final confirmation.

Sending the Advance Payment and Refund Policy

To confirm the reservation, we request an advance payment of 30% of the total vacation cost, while the balance will be settled upon arrival at the farm.

Con tecnologia

In case of a customer’s no-show:

• In May, June, July, September, and October, if the notice of non-arrival is given at least one week before the arrival date, the advance payment will be fully refunded. If the notice is given less than one week before arrival, a 50% refund will be issued.
• In August, if the notice of non-arrival is given at least fourteen days before the arrival date, the advance payment will be fully refunded. If the notice is given less than fourteen days but more than one week before arrival, a 50% refund will be issued. If the notice is given less than one week before arrival, no refund will be provided.

All prices include a 10% VAT.

We are Bike Friendly Punta Lizzu is the only private facility in Sardinia with a mountain biking sports track on its property, catering to various disciplines such as cross country, all-mountain, and free ride. Starting this year, the track will be fully operational, offering safe driving courses and being open for rental to external visitors looking to refine their riding technique. The agriturismo becomes bike-friendly, offering numerous services to cyclists: mechanical assistance, accommodation, and washing and drying of technical clothing.

Some Important General Information

1. The distance from the farm to the asphalt road (SS 125) is approximately 300 meters. This means that to reach the farm from the entrance on SS 125 (at km 255+500 SX), you need to travel a stretch of dirt road. Not a highway, of course, but still a good country road where it’s necessary to drive slowly. We drive our regular cars on it every day, not off-road vehicles.
2. The distance from the agriturismo to the sea is just 2 km. This distance is real, meaning that to reach the shore and go for a swim, you have to travel a 2000-meter stretch of road. Those who wish can walk or use the bikes available on the farm.
3. The apartments do not have air conditioning. The continuous scirocco breeze refreshes the agriturismo, cooling the surroundings and the air in the late afternoon, if not excessively during the day.
4. The apartments do not have a television. It’s a deliberate choice, primarily due to the poor reception in the area. Additionally, the agriturismo is located in a green area, surrounded by cork oaks, holm oaks, olive trees, and strawberry trees. The only sounds are the sheepbells from the grazing sheep around the farm, the chirping of cicadas, and the breeze rustling through the tree branches. I believe these are good reasons to temporarily give up the blue screen.
